NPRCC Welcomes Rafael Collazo to Board of Directors

We’re excited to welcome Rafael Collazo to the Board of Directors of the NPRCC.

Rafael is the Executive Director of the UnidosUS Action Fund and Action PAC, and also serves as Senior Director of Political Campaigns for UnidosUS, the largest Latino civil rights organization in the country. He has spent his career building coalitions, shaping policy, and leading voter engagement efforts that empower Hispanic communities. In 2024, his work helped mobilize over 500,000 Latino voters nationwide.

Originally from Philadelphia, Rafael is a proud Puerto Rican, a dedicated husband and father, and a respected voice in political advocacy. He also hosts Bomba Live!, a podcast focused on Latino political and cultural issues.
