Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

The National Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce (NPRCC) respects the privacy of everyone who visits nprchamber.org. This page explains in plain language what we collect, why, and how to reach us.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, where you live, your reason for contacting us, and your message. We use it only to reply to you and follow up on your request.

  • Newsletter signups: your email address, so we can send you NPRCC news and updates. Signups are stored with our website provider, Squarespace, and our membership tool, MemberSpace. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

  • Donations: your name, email, and payment details. Payments are processed securely by Squarespace and its payment processors. NPRCC does not see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your gift so we can send a receipt and thank you.

  • Basic site analytics: like most websites, we use standard tools (such as Squarespace analytics and Google Analytics) that collect general information like pages visited and browser type, which helps us improve the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, send updates you asked for, process and acknowledge donations, and support our advocacy for Puerto Rico's small businesses and stakeholders. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run our website, newsletter, and donations, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, or ask us to update or delete your information by emailing info@nprchamber.org.
