EarthScapes Lawn Land Service, Inc., a family-owned landscaping company founded in 1996, is growing fast and now hiring motivated individuals from Puerto Rico to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We’re hiring for multiple skill levels — from entry-level crew members to experienced Crew Leaders.
Who We’re Looking For:
Crew Leaders – Experienced landscapers with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Crew Members / Laborers – No experience required! Training provided to motivated individuals who want a long-term landscaping career in the U.S.
Skills We Value:
Lawn care: mowing, edging, weed-eating, blowing, pruning.
Hardscapes: laying pavers, building retaining walls, concrete work.
Enhancements: outdoor lighting, irrigation, drainage, grading, and plant installation.
Equipment: operating skid steers, excavators, or loaders is a plus.
Pool installation experience is a big plus!
Pay & Benefits:
$17–$20/hr for entry-level and developing landscapers.
$20–$28/hr for skilled and experienced Crew Leaders.
Health insurance options available.
