Warehouse Material Handler/Forklift Operator - $14


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Adherence to all cGMP, operating, and safety procedures

  • Practice and support 5S initiatives

  • Safely handle and transport products throughout the warehouse and when loading /unloading trucks

Job Description:

  • Checkboxes, pallets, and labels for correctness/damage

  • Checking boxes for shipments

  • Change/Create Labels for shipping boxes

  • Help change boxes when needed

  • Use a metal detector to verify foil bags inside boxes

  • Print new labels for replacement boxes; apply labels to correct boxes

  • Replace CSP pallet tags with Customer pallet tags based on customer requirements

Molding Quality (AQL) InspectoR


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform visual inspection on the inside and outside of vials and molded articles from each mold in production.

  • Notify maintenance and production of any quality issue found.

  • Quarantine product that does not meet the requirements.

  • Sort the product quarantined based on hourly inspections and remove the defective parts.

  • Dispose of the product that cannot be reworked.

  • Pull QC samples required for Lab Testing.

  • Ensure that paperwork in use for a production run is correct and that all raw materials in use were approved and released.

  • Inspect each pallet of finished product and apply the acceptance criteria to determine its quality status.

  • Report all quality issues found at the end of each shift.

  • Follow up on inspection and quality control issues to ensure action was taken to properly correct the problem.

  • Set up the scale box target weight for each mold/machine in production when the machine is not using the robot.

  • Fill out all required documentation completely and correctly per cGMP and procedural requirements.

  • File all production and quality documentation.

  • Enter the data into the computer.

Mold PM Tech - $15

Primary Responsibilities

  • Cleaning tools in presses

  • Cleaning press area of oil, debris, scrap parts, etc

  • Pull sleeve samples and submit them to the lab

  • Various preventative maintenance tasks for mold and press (topping off the oil, changing filters, etc)

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required

  • Able to lift 50 lbs

  • Experience operating an overhead crane

Machine PM Techs - $23-$26 Hr

Film Packaging Operator -1 Day - $15


Job elements and position responsibilities:

• Sets up and packages all finished products according to packaging specifications.

• Performs changeovers and set-ups on Press and Auto-cutter as directed.

• Run finished products on Press and Auto-cutter as directed.

• Completes all required documentation completed and accurately per cGMP requirements.

Cell Leader - $25


Job elements and position responsibilities:

  • Operation of all Molding cell equipment including disassembly & reassembly of molds.

  • Maintain documentation for the work done on each mold and equipment.

  • Assist Process Engineer in breakdown repair activities.

  • Maintain automation, measurement, and inspection system processes.

  • Supervise and direct activities for material handler/operator and qualified technician.

  • Maintain preventative maintenance and operation of the press, mold/auxiliary equipment (all cell equipment)

  • Meet OEE goals and production requirements (document performance of production & personnel).

  • Maintain 5S work practices.

  • Basic Electrical/Mechanical/Hydraulic troubleshooting (ex: Molding machine, PLC, Hot runners, Inspection machine/cameras, Autobagger, and Conveyors).

Required Qualifications

IS Support Administrator

 

The IS Support Services Administrator handles requests that require local IS support for site-specific support on the location(s) under his/her responsibility.  This person will also be responsible to raise and take ownership / following up until the resolution of any request affecting the sites, administrating the IS Services using the best practices and standard process, providing support for project implementation, and working as a point of contact for communication between Organization and IS, escalating and providing bi-directional feedback. Teamwork, cooperation, and global thinking are key elements to being successful in this position.  This position must contribute to the improvement and quality of the processes, services, and products delivered.

  • Provide local IS support and onsite visits to our business partners for PC and related equipment & software (PC, Printers, Shop-floor terminals, Thin Clients, Phones…) installation, maintenance, configuration, and removal.

  • Troubleshoot IS requests in cooperation with IS Support Center with the focus to improve customer experience

  • Provide services to the customers that meet the service level agreements (SLA) by monitoring all support ticket queues for SLA’s “Time to Close”, “Time to React” and “First Contact Resolution” on incidents and service requests

Maintenance Technician

 

We are looking for a night shift maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of maintaining an automated production line. Repair basic mechanical components and replace parts on machines such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, and switches. Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery. Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills. Knowledge of servos drives, PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley), and (VFD) variable frequency drives.


Film Quality Technician

  

Job elements and position responsibilities:

  • Verifying raw materials used for mixing prior to adding to the extrusion machine.

  • Verifying extrusion set point targets are set according to product type (batch records).

  • Verifying extrusion station line clearance performed.

  • Verifying conversion machine is set to correct length and width for each lane.

  • Verifying converting station line clearance performed.

  • Verifying the packaging of the product is per packaging specification.

  • Verifying the packaging document is a clear reflection of which product is in which box.

  • Communicate with production operators to ensure paperwork is completed and accurate in real-time.

  • Performing hourly checks of extrusion to ensure the thickness of the material is meeting specifications.

  • Performing hourly checks of converting to ensure the product is meeting specifications.

  • Performing hourly checks of packaging to ensure the correct method is being used.

  • Signing off in the batch record at various checkpoints to ensure the product is being made according to specifications.

  • Verifying the calibration of the scale each day and log appropriately.

  • Per the batch record, collecting various samples for retention and testing.

  • Weigh film samples for total moisture capacity on a daily basis until testing is discontinued by QE.

  • Completing various tasks (Ex. Ingress Study, Comparison Studies) upon request.

  • Working in other departments on an as-needed basis.

  • Working with Film Quality Engineer on creating and learning new quality procedures for the continual improvement of the Film Department.

  • Collect daily QC Samples.

  • Put newly collected samples that require specific storage conditions in a designated area for a specified period.

  • Report to QC Lab Supervisor or Quality Laboratory Manager any visual defect found.

  • Verify the calibration status of all equipment & tools to use for measuring quality characteristics.

Production Manager

Job elements and position responsibilities:

  • Operates and troubleshoots extrusion, thermoforming, and auxiliary equipment.

  • Performs and documents in-process measurements. Analyze data and quality of the product to make process changes with a defined acceptable range.

  • Completes all required documentation completed and accurately per cGMP requirements.

  • Makes process setting adjustments to insure that quality and productivity requirements are maintained.

  • Performs routine daily maintenance and repairs on the process and building equipment as directed, including light and heavy-duty.
