Captain Frosty's is a popular seasonal "clam shack" style restaurant serving traditional New England fried seafood and popular grilled items, along with soft-serve ice cream and other frozen desserts. Captain Frosty's has been a summer destination on Cape Cod for more than 40 years!
Captain Frosty's is located on Cape Cod, along beautiful historic Rte 6A, Main Street, in Dennis, Massachusetts.

Our location is ideally situated in the Mid-Cape area, a close bike ride away from the Cape's beautiful bay-side beaches. You may choose to unwind in the quaint, historic town of Dennis, or venture into Cape Cod's busy central hub.
Season runs from April into October.
THE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE
Our staff is the all-important ingredient in every season. Many return each year to help new members learn, advance their own skills and share new experiences. Staff varies in age, while many are age 20 through 30. You'll have the chance to work with locals and visitors from around the world and make friends that can last a lifetime.
A summer on Cape Cod offers many enjoyable ways to spend a day away from work. Spend a relaxing day at the beach, rent a kayak, hike a seaside trail, visit nearby camps and protected national lands, bike the "Cape Cod Rail Trail" or just relax at a local coffee shop. You can also enjoy special events like outdoor concerts on the lawn, summer festivals, sporting events and more.
Our convenient mid-cape location is also a short drive to Cape Cod's main shopping center -- where you can enjoy a meal, shop, or catch a movie. However you chose to spend your time, you will find our modern accommodations to be a comfortable home for the season.
Our ideal candidate is energetic and personable, able to organize his/her time and enjoys working in a busy team environment.
ROOM AND BOARD
Newly built shared housing is available: Our fully furnished modern apartment accommodates 4 people in 2 shared bedrooms. Features an eat-in kitchen with modern appliances, separate bathrooms for each bedroom, a large bright living space, laundry, cable TV and high-speed internet access. The location is within a 3 minute walk from work. All utilities are included with rent, which is $110 per week. A refundable security deposit is required.

All shifts include a staff meal
Bonus program for full season commitment
Staff is scheduled to work 6 days per week, with a mix of day and night shifts. Your days off are planned in advance so you can enjoy all that the cape has to offer.
Each shift averages 6-8 hours each, totaling 35-40 hrs weekly on average. Meals and breaks are offered at intervals throughout the day. Overtime is also available for motivated individuals, paid at 1.5 x rate.
Compensation is based on experience and demonstrated skill. Payroll service is weekly, with direct deposit offered.
Work with a varied mix of both local and seasonal visitors from around the world. There are many opportunities to schedule trips to the surrounding areas -- shop in the main town, bike, hike, or just relax with other vacationers at the local beaches.

GETTING HERE AND GETTING AROUND
Transportation from Boston airport is available to Cape Cod by "Plymouth & Brockton" Bus and from Providence by Bonanza Bus Lines - 508-548-7588.
The regional transit authority offers limited local bus service on Cape Cod to surrounding points of interest. For route information and schedules go to www.capecodtransit.org. Also available: Uber, Lyft or local taxi service.
Bicycles are available for touring the area and visiting local beaches. Grocery shopping is within walking distance and more shopping is within biking distance. Accommodations are located in a quiet residential area of historic Rte. 6A in Dennis.
Our nearby bay beaches are among the Cape's most picturesque waters. There are also great hiking trails, marsh boardwalks, fresh-water ponds, parks, picnic facilities and protected Audubon lands with many activities for visitors. You also have access to the "CC Rail Trail" for the best biking in New England. In addition to many ways to enjoy the great outdoors, there are also local festivals, plays, weekly park concerts and other attractions. Also accessible by bike are several shopping centers with access to casual shops, cinemas, restaurants and stage events. You will find that our town of Dennis is a peaceful oasis offering convenient access to anywhere you'd like to go - including the central hub of Cape Cod where it's easy to venture out to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and beyond.
